Date of validity of terms and conditions: from 1.1.2024

Order and payment:

1.1 The Client has the option to make an accommodation reservation by filling in the form sent.

1.2 Confirmation of the booking will be provided to the Client by email with the relevant accommodation and payment information.

1.3 Payment for the accommodation is made in cash on arrival. Reservation deposit is required in advance, which will subsequently be deducted from the total amount of the accommodation. The reservation deposit will be paid via online payment and is non-refundable.

1.4 Once the reservation deposit has been paid, the Client will be sent a confirmation of the accommodation reservation by e-mail.

2. Cancellation policy:

2.1 The Client may cancel the reservation up to one month in advance of the booked accommodation date, at which time the full amount of the reservation deposit will be refunded to the Client.

3. Responsibility:

3.1. Agent Ing. Anikó Barcziová shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by the Client during his/her stay.

3.2 The Accommodation Provider is responsible for the accommodation conditions and services provided.

4. Protection of Personal Data:

4.1 Clients' personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

5. Dispute resolution:

5.1 All disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the Agent and the Client through dialogue and mutual agreement.

6. Expiration:

6.1 These terms and conditions are effective from the date of posting on our website.

What does TripIt offer?

One hour telephone consultation before booking the accommodation (explanation of how the stay in the Maldives functions/ what kind of activities and services are on offer (planned activities)/ how it works with food/ and all practical questions...).
Booking the dates of the chosen accommodation.
Assistance with searching flights as required.
TripIt T-shirt.
Daily advice during the stay in the Maldives from 14:00 - 16:00 hrs (local time (Male)).

What is included in the total price?

Booking fee, which will be deducted upon cash payment directly at the accommodation. Reservation fee is non-refundable.
The price includes a transfer from the airport to the accommodation there and back.
10% service fee
12% tourist and green tax
Assistance in completing the entry form for the Maldives (IMUGA)
According to the agreement, the price can be with breakfast, half board or full board or without meals.
